It seems unfair if we don't thoroughly explore the meaning of credibility first. Credibility is a capability (ability), quality or strength that can create a sense of trust. This understanding of credibility will encourage us to find out about things that can help us to build credibility or gain the trust of people in our work environment.
We all know that building credibility is not an easy thing. We need to prepare the time and give maximum effort in building self-credibility. Not a few people who try to learn how to build credibility by looking at examples of building credibility. Indeed, building credibility is not as easy as we imagine and not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. However, take it easy, fellow readers. Because this article will help fellow readers to build good credibility, especially in the workplace.
There are several things that need to be done to build credibility and these are very necessary to do so that harmony and professionalism can be realized at work.
1. Mutual respect for others (RESPECT).
Credibility is related to trust. But a trust will not be formed when we do not get respect from others, and other people will only respect us, if we respect them too. In essence, mutual respect or have respect is very essential in building credibility in the office.
